What the results on this site mean

Everyone quoted or filmed on this site is named in full and is describing what happened in their own business. None of it is a projection of what will happen in yours.

They are examples, not an average

People who agree to be filmed are, by definition, people who were pleased with the outcome. That is true of every testimonial on every website and it is worth saying out loud: what you are reading is a selection, not a sample. We do not publish an average outcome, because we do not have a measurement of one.

What actually decides your outcome

The business you bring, the constraint you choose to work on, whether your team adopts what gets built, and how much of the work you do after the room ends. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of revenue, profit, time saved or any other result.

No professional advice

The frameworks, pages and workshops here are business education. They are not legal, accounting, tax, medical or investment advice, and they do not replace a professional who knows your situation. Several people quoted on this site run medical practices; nothing here is clinical guidance.

What we expect of a build, and what we promise

We hold every build to one test: it has to move revenue or profit measurably, while the work is still done your way. That test is how you judge whether it worked. It is not a commitment that it will, and anyone selling you one — including us — should be asked for the number rather than the adjective.
