Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 9, 2026

Impossible Means Go™ is a program of DF5 Holdings LLC, 12352 Wilkins Avenue, Rockville, MD 20852, United States.

Welcome to Impossible Means Go™ ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website, apply to attend an event, or opt in to receive messages from us.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

Personal Information

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Business information (if submitted via forms)

Non-Personal Information

  • Browser type
  • IP address
  • Pages visited
  • Time spent on the site

2. How We Collect Information

We collect information when you:

  • Fill out forms (e.g., applications, contact forms, registrations, lead forms)
  • Subscribe to newsletters or marketing emails
  • Opt in to our text messaging program
  • Interact with our website (via cookies or analytics tools)

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use your information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide support
  • Review and respond to event applications
  • Send event logistics, schedules, and attendee communications
  • Send marketing emails and updates
  • Send text messages you have separately consented to receive
  • Improve our website and services
  • Track and analyze user behavior
  • Run advertising and retargeting campaigns

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Nothing in the analytics or advertising categories is set until you allow it. The measurement script is not placed on the page at all until you choose, so refusing is a real refusal rather than a setting applied afterwards.

  • Essential — what the site needs to work, and to remember the choice you made here. Always on, and it sets no tracking cookie.
  • Analytics — Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without identifying you and does not follow you to other sites, plus our own counter for which buttons get used. Both only after you allow them.
  • Advertising — we set nothing in this category today. There is no advertising pixel on this site. The category exists so that if we ever add one it is governed by a choice you already made.

You can change your mind at any time from Cookie preferences in the footer of every page, or clear site data in your browser. The cookie policy lists every item by name, who sets it and how long it lasts.

5. Third-Party Services

These are the companies that hold or handle personal data for us, and what each one receives. It is the whole list, not an example of one.

WhoWhat they get
Vercel — hosting and site analytics Every page request, including your network address. Its analytics counts page views without identifying you, sets no tracking cookie, and only runs if you allow it.
Supabase — our database What you type into The AI Leverage Check, The Owner’s Ceiling or the data request form, and your email address where you gave one.
GoHighLevel — our customer records and email sending Your name, email address and phone number where you gave them, and a record of what we have sent you.
Stripe — payments Everything you enter at checkout. We never see or store your card number.
Twilio — text messages Your mobile number, only if you opted in to text messages, and only to deliver them.
Anthropic — the AI that reads assessment answers The answers you gave to The AI Leverage Check, so it can describe the pattern in them. Not your name, and not your email address.
Slack — how a person is told you are waiting A short alert naming your email address when you leave one for follow-up or send a data request, so somebody actually reads it.
Google Fonts, jsDelivr, Unsplash and Gumlet — fonts, icons, photographs and video Your network address and browser, because your browser fetches those files from them. Nothing you type reaches any of them, and no video plays on its own.

Each of them processes data under its own privacy policy and under our agreement with it. We do not run Google Analytics and there is no advertising pixel on this site. An earlier version of this page listed both; neither has ever been installed, and that line was corrected on 9 October 2026. There is a Meta domain-verification tag on two pages, which is a token proving we own the domain — it sends nothing and sets nothing.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help operate our website and events, and with legal authorities if required by law. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. The AI Leverage Check

When you take The AI Leverage Check at impossiblemeansgo.asia/survey, we store your answers in our own database. Your answers are read by an AI service (Anthropic) to shape the conversation and to write your personal result. If you give your email address, we use it to send you the regional report. If you also tick the follow-up box, your answers are stored in our customer system (GoHighLevel) so Atiba de Souza can read them before talking with you.

Some of your answers may arrive with you from The Owner's Ceiling if you came from that page; where they do, we also record on our own system that both sets of answers came from the same person.

Survey results are published only as totals. We never publish an individual answer or the name of your business, and we do not share your contact details with any partner who helped share the survey. You can ask us to delete your answers at any time using the contact details below.

8. The Owner's Ceiling

When you use the calculator at impossiblemeansgo.asia/ceiling we store the six answers you give, the currency you pick, the figures they produce, and the date. We keep that record whether or not you give us an email address, and it carries no name unless you give one.

If you give your email address, we store it so that a person can follow up, and your answers and figures are written into our customer system (GoHighLevel) so they can read them before speaking with you. We do not email you your result.

We store a one-way scrambled form of your network address, never the address itself, so that one person cannot flood the page.

If you go on to the AI Leverage Check from the result screen, your answers travel with you in your own browser, and we record on our own system that both sets of answers came from the same person.

Before the page calculates anything it asks Cloudflare whether the request comes from a person rather than a program. Cloudflare sees that request from your browser.

Results are published only as totals. We never publish an individual submission or the name of your business. You can ask us to delete your answers at any time using the contact details below.

9. SMS / Text Messaging

When you provide your mobile number and separately check the text-message consent box on our text message sign-up form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Impossible Means Go™. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing text messages is collected separately from any other consent and is never a condition of purchase or of attending an event.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All other categories of data sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent; this information is shared only with subcontractors that directly support our messaging program (e.g., our SMS provider), solely to operate that program.

The full terms of the messaging program — what we send, how often, how to stop, and who to contact for help — are on our SMS Terms page.

10. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

11. Your Rights

These rights come from the General Data Protection Regulation in Europe and the United Kingdom, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 in the Philippines, and the Personal Data Protection Act in Singapore. We apply them to everybody who asks, wherever you are.

  • Access — a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Correction — fix anything that is wrong.
  • Deletion — remove what we hold, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Objection — stop a particular use, including marketing.
  • Portability — an export in a format you can take elsewhere.
  • Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting what was lawful before you withdrew it.

Use the data request form. It is a form rather than an email address because a request has to be recorded and timed: we answer within ten working days, inside the one month all three regimes allow. If we need to confirm it is really you before deleting something, we ask for the least that will do. If we are required to keep something, we tell you what and why.

You can also write to atibadesouza@clientattractionpros.com, and we will record the request ourselves. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you may complain to your own data protection authority — the National Privacy Commission in the Philippines, the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore, or your national authority in Europe or the United Kingdom.

12. Email Communications

If you subscribe to our emails, you may receive updates, promotions, or newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.

13. Children's Privacy

Our website is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

15. Lawful basis, how long we keep things, and where your data goes

Who is responsible

DF5 Holdings LLC, 12352 Wilkins Avenue, Rockville, Maryland 20852, United States, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Atiba de Souza answers data-rights requests for the company and can be reached through the data request form or at atibadesouza@clientattractionpros.com.

Why we are allowed to hold each thing

WhatWhy we hold itOur lawful basis
Name, email and phone number you give us on a form To answer you, and to send you what you asked for Consent, and performance of a contract where you have bought something
Purchase and payment records To deliver what you bought, and because tax law requires us to keep them Contract, and legal obligation
Your answers to The AI Leverage Check or The Owner’s Ceiling To give you your result, and to understand the pattern across everyone who answers Consent, given on the page before you start
Marketing email and text messages To tell you about events and offers Consent, collected separately and never bundled with a purchase
Analytics about how pages are used To make the site clearer Consent, through the cookie choice
A one-way scrambled form of your network address, on the two calculators To stop one person submitting thousands of times Legitimate interest in keeping a public form usable
A data-rights request you send us To act on it, and to show we acted on it Legal obligation

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and form submissions — 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
  • Marketing contacts — until you unsubscribe, and for 24 months of silence after that we keep only the record that you unsubscribed, so we do not email you again by accident.
  • Purchase and payment records — seven years, because tax law requires it.
  • Assessment answers — 36 months, after which an answer is kept only in anonymous totals with nothing identifying attached.
  • Data-rights requests — 24 months, as the record that we answered.
  • Analytics — held by Vercel under their own retention, and it does not identify you.

Where it goes

We are a United States company and our suppliers are mostly in the United States, so if you are in Europe, the United Kingdom, the Philippines or Singapore your data is transferred outside your own country. Where European or United Kingdom law requires it, those transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, which our suppliers enter into with us.

The suppliers that hold personal data for us are listed in Third-Party Services above. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Automated decisions

The AI Leverage Check and The Owner’s Ceiling describe a pattern in the answers you gave and suggest what to do about it. Nothing on this site makes a decision with a legal or similarly significant effect on you, and a person reads anything that leads to us contacting you.
